Go to start of metadata
  1. Go to http://streaming.uww.edu and login with your Net-ID and Password.

  2. Go to the top left corner and click on  Media → Videos


  3. Select "My Videos" from the blue drop-down menu.


  4. Click on the Video you want to edit.

  5. Go to Settings at the top right corner.



  6. First change the Title of your video to its desired name.


  7. Next you can add a Description of your video if you choose to.


  8. *Change the Status of your video from Inactive to Active. If the video is Inactive no one will be able to view your video.
  9. The Expiration option allows you to set an end date to your video. To set an expiration, select the date by clicking on the calendar button. To delete the video once time is expired, click the "Delete When Video Expires" option. Note: The video will be inactive at 12:00 am on the date selected. 

  10. Under Access Control there are three levels of access that may be set for a video upload. They are:
    1. Public - Anyone may view the video even if they do not possess a Net-ID. The video must also be set to Active status. Edit access may be granted to specific users and groups. 
    2. All Users - All logged in users may view the video (once it is set to Active status). Edit access may be granted to specific user accounts and groups. 
    3. Private - Only logged in users that have also been specified in the Access Control box may view the video. This is the default setting along with Inactive status (or Approval Required if an Approval Process is in place) after a video is initially uploaded or linked. Edit access may be granted to specific users and groups.

  11. To specify which users or groups will have access to also edit the video settings (if desired), click the Find items box. Begin typing a name and Rev will complete the entry for you. Click Done to complete and add your entry.



  12. You now have a list of people and groups who can view your video.  If the users need access to edit, click on "Edit Access" to enable access for the user or group to edit the video.



  13. In the Features box you can Enable Comments, Enable Ratings and Enable Downloads.
    *If video has any copyright it is not permitted for download.


  14. Click Save.


  15. You have now successfully edited the settings of your video.
