How do I get started?
Submit a Request
- Visit the D2L Course Request Page and submit your request.
- You will receive a confirmation message and your course will be created within 1-2 business days of your request.
- Students who have registered for your course in WINS will be automatically enrolled in your course once it has been created. It does take 24 hours for WINS enrollment changes to be reflected in D2L.

Copy content from an old course
- If you would like to copy someone else's course, ask for permission and have them make you an instructor in the course
- Visit the Copy Components page
Use the D2L Starter Course
- Copy files from the Starter Course into your own course
- Organize your course using the already created materials
- Be aware that the resources meet Quality Matters standards for online and blended courses
